etm group was formed in 2001 by its three directors – Jan Upton, Leon Burman and David Hummerston. Together they realised that there was a gap in the market for a boutique-style, corporate travel and event management company dedicated to excellence in customer service.

our culture & experience
The directors of etm pride themselves on rewarding their staff and in 2008 implemented a 5 week annual leave program, a concept they believe will help make etm renowned as “the best place to work”. A staff recognition program has been implemented where staff are rewarded for ‘living the values’. These reward presentations occur on a monthly basis and encourage a hard working and fun culture.

etm’s directors have a combined 44 years of experience in the travel and events industry. etm as a company has an amazing fusion of experience in corporate & leisure travel, conferences, incentives and events. This vast array of services provides the client with a portfolio that is second to none.
